Offshore Seals & Engineering (Asia) Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1996 to manufacture
specialized seals and components for the oil & gas industry as well as for a broad
range of industrial applications.
Offshore Seals strict adherence to the highest international and industry standards includes
the ISO 9001-2000 certification. The company has the in-house capabilities to carry a project
from part drawing through to full production. We develop our own seal designs and materials
to suit our customer applications. This has made Offshore Seals a preferred supplier to the oil & gas customers as well as diverse industrial and manufacturing clients.
We initially started supplying seals to oil & gas companies in the region and since
then have grown to supplying seals worldwide. Today we have customers from as far
as South America to Russia. To cater to this increased demand, we have invested
heavily in new plant and machinery which includes the largest CNC Seals
Manufacturing System in this region. Today we can produce seals up to 1 meter
diameter in less then 30mins. These seals are used in Marine, Offshore Rigs &
Vessels. In all cases the seals are manufactured to withstand the corrosive, high
temperature and pressure environment the equipment operates in.
Offshore Seals specializes in Gas Lift Valve Packings & Check Pads,
Sub-Sea Safety Valve Seals, V-Packings & Seals for Well Services, Casing
and Connector O-Rings, Hammer Union Seals, Frac Valve Inserts & Boots,
Packer Elements & Wiper Plugs and many other sealing products.
Today we offer complete sealing solutions plus distribution and production
of critical seals to support the oil & gas industry.
In 2006, Offshore Seals established its first branch in Dubai, offering complete sealing solutions plus distribution and
production of critical seals to support the oil & gas industry in the Middle East.
